Man Turns Bulldozer Into Tank and Goes on Small Town Rampage

This guy in a small town somewhere in Colorado had major beef with several neighbors, businesses, and city officials. So he converted a bullzozer into a tank that was inpenetrable and resistent to Police and S.W.A.T Team small arms fire. The man then proceeded to go on an orgy of destruction plowing through town systematically targeting and destroying government buildings and businesses owned and run by people that he had personal vendettas with.
